I relocated to West Circleville to catch L55 in the "Tree Canyon" by the cemetery. This view made a much better record of the snow with the leaves out somewhat.
As I was returning to my vehicle in Ashville to come to this location, I spoke with the L55 crew as they were taking the reins from the L53 crew. I was informed of the decision to run the local out of Watkins Yard in Columbus instead of the running out of Portsmouth OH.
