depot/station WIP
Thanks to all the suggestions I received in several groups I was able to get a decent solution for the problem I had designing this. I've decided to go with transparent parts which will get a custom decal on top to get the effect of the grid-like shape. So, I was able to build a bit more, there's still plenty of difficulties ahead but I've made some nice progress. What you see in the render is 54 studs wide. This will be place on to a "wooden" deck which I estimate to be around 70 studs wide. Lengthwise, I have no idea where it's going to go but my first guess is around 100 studs. As the building isn't just a depot but served as a station as well (in the gold rush era) this doesn't seem to be to big.
