FREE HUGS in Toronto
Friend, Jennifer R. organized a FREE HUGS for Humanity on the anniversary of 911 for a group of us at Dundas Square. Presenting a set of photos I shot of the event (no pix of me hugging folks here, but, I did hug well over 100 people, I'm guessing, in the 2 hours I was there). Got lots wonderful comments and congratulations (one beligerent who said the Bible forbids strangers hugging. I challenged him on it, but gave up pretty quickly when he got even more irate). Overheard someone say, "Why would I hug an old man with a sign." However, got mostly warmth and expressions of gratitude. Enjoy!
