(Flexibility-Usability Tradeoff)

People mostly use watches to know about time. By comparing these two watches we will see, the one on the left is complex and difficult to operate (high flexibility) and the one on the right very easy to operate and understand, but not flexible (high usability). Flexibility-Usability principle is obvious in the design of these two watches.
