Masskara Festival in Bacolod is a mardi gras celebration here in the Philippines. In spite of the happy faces it exudes through the different masks worm during the celebration, we can't deny the fact that poverty and hardship is lurking around the corners...
This photo was taken at the busy street in the city Bacolod during the masskara festival parade. the street was too crowded but the little girl was sound asleep. not even bothered by the noise and chaos around her.
