When I was young, I run fast, very fast but was not that extraordinary like Usain Bolt and I really loved running-track and field but then we don't have good program on this field in our school and in our city. So hanggang habulan lang ako... :) Glad to see lots of young people venturing into this sports and from the words of coach Airnel, "We believe that young athletes must look on our national athletes as role models and give them better inspiration."
This morning, I saw how Elma Muros motivated our athletes. Truly very edifying. She's very friendly and madaldal. She narrated stories about her daughter who just graduated from AdMU and how to motivate kids to be champions.
I also met Khay Santos who is very simple and magalang...she's a member of the Philippine National Team and presently the fastest woman in the country.
