Is where I used to be when I was managing commercial office buildings and shopping centres. This maze like world of air conditioning plant, emergency generators, water tanks & elevator motor rooms had to be checked every day to ensure that the building upon which they sat upon functioned to, (hopefully!) the occupants satisfaction.
