Loch Ard Gorge

The Great Ocean Road, Victoria. So many iconic places to visit and wonder at the natural beauty and think about the many shipwrecks which have occurred along this treacherous coast. Loads of photos too, we had a good weather day to visit these sites which was a relief after the cloudy and rainy days we had had for a few days before getting here. Apologies in advance for probably too many photos from here!

HTT!

The Loch Ard Gorge is named for a ship which came to grief here, only two survived and their story and that of the ship has gone into history. See the link for the full story. www.australiaforeveryone.com.au/geelong/loch-ard.html
