Loading Software

While the phone and ethernet didn't require any setup the cable box does. The initial bootup ran two upgrades...one, I think, to firmware and another to install a software patch. Lots of stuff for the the tech to attend to but it all went in without incident. There's a code that has to be entered to register your account and the number of boxes you've got.

 

A brief explanation of how things worked along with an admonition to call if I needed any help closed the install. They left and I got to play.
