Popcorn Lightning (Explored)
Heavy storms rolled through a few days ago and I jumped in my car and headed to a local field just north of me. Lightning strikes were hitting to the left and right of me as I was driving and I was thinking to myself "What the hell am I doing?". I got out of the car at this point of view and fired off a couple of shots. I was fortunate to catch this one handheld. I couldn't believe how lucky I got. After getting this image, it immediately downpoured on me as I hopped back in the car. Not too shabby for a handheld image though, right?
