It’s Just a Phase
This was the end result and consolation prize for going out the other night to capture a completely different scene. I left before sunset the other night to get some shots from behind the Scout Statue but became impatient for the scene to play out so I started back home. As I was driving home, I saw this from my car and stepped out to shoot some handheld images from the street. For those that don't know, shooting hand held images is a cardinal sin for any photographer. Usually the images are not crisp and sharp as they would be on a tripod. I was drawn to the sunset glow and the crescent moon high above.
