North Window
My oldest daughter and I made it to Arches National Park and got it some hiking and photography. This is the “Windows” section of the park. There are several arches in this area and the terrain isn’t to terribly difficult to maneuver to get to the top open portion. She made it to the top as I was inspecting several angles to shoot from. When she arrived, I yelled out to her to raise her hands high in the air while I captured this image.
We only spent one day there but hiked over 8 miles in the park. We cancelled all of the trip we had planned except for this park as the threat of the Corona Virus was becoming more threatening to travel and we wanted to limit being exposed around people. We had planned to visit Bryce, Zion, and Antelope Canyon. While out there we discovered that all of the Navajo Nation had closed (Antelope, Monument Valley, etc).
My work remains open but I’m on vacation. Hope everyone out there is safe and healthy.
