The Story

 

They said the winter is coming ... and it kinda did.

Lingering like a timeless fog comfortable just where it is with no real intention to go anywhere.

But there are some worlds where it does not have to be this way.

There is a place we can let the spring in and enjoy the fresh gentle warmth it brings.

Come with me to beautiful picturesque hills of Tuscany with scattered old towns, stone houses and modest but most kind, warm and friendly people.

Open those curtains, let the dust out and endure the first rays of the spring sun.

Basic Description of collection

 

The idea is a collection of modular built items you can use to either create a petit scenery with

one building or to join them in bigger courtyard style of settlement. Or any other basically.

With builds you also get outside decor items and interior decor items to decorate each building with it.

Everything is modifiable. 3 rares & 36 commons.

 

There are 3 types of buildings: Mansion (two storey house), 173Li

Manor (one storey house), 100Li

Shed (one storey house), 39Li

The Mansion preview:

 

The Mansion is a two storey building with suggested living space bellow and bedroom room with a terrace on the upper floor.

You can add other elements to it to change the character of the main building like for example Vineyard Pergola Variant on the terrace to create some pleasant shadow or/and Roof Loggia or/and Wall Vineyards, etc. Of course you can tint the plaster or swap it to stone. Many ways to personalize it to your wishes.

You can also connect it to the Manor building through Hall Segments.
