Jasper Townsite Information Centre

Built in 1913 as the park office and superintendent's residence, the vistor centre set a rustic standard for buildings in Jasper. At one time, it housed a fish hatchery and later the community library. In 1987 the Government of Canada identified the structure as a "Classified Heritage Building", the highest rating possible for national heritage significance and protection.
