Northern Parula

On this overcast day the sun started to burn through while I was out shooting warblers. This backlit mossy branch seemed to be the perfect place to set up. Things got real when - for a second - this female Northern Parula flew in to grab some nesting material. The soft light from the clouds provided even light across the whole bird. Just beautiful!
