I received this antenna shortly after ordering it. It works fine. I was somewhat surprised that no installation disk was provided but I was able to download the necessary drivers from the internet and am very pleased with the result. This anetenna has to pick up a signal from about 300 feet away and the signal must travel through two window panes before reaching the antenna. It does a fine job.
