Fun times at our local Fitzone Gym. Had an awards night 30th November and had an Auction which was getting to train our trainers. Most trainers done in pairs. Les and David are my trainers so it was fun giving payback for what they put me through. This exercise is a bear crawl. Forward then after a while I got them to turn around and go backwards. That is not so easy especially around corners.
