No Shrinking Violets
Members of Luna Rossa and the Heather Findlay Band combining for a superb rendition of Mostly Autumn favourite, Shrinking Violet. Heather Findlay and Anne-Marie Helder take centre stage and it was great to see them performing together again, the first time since Heather's departure from Mostly Autumn in 2010.
The event was a charity festival at St. Martin's Church in Fenny Stratford, Milton Keynes, helping to raise funds for MacMillan Cancer Support and the cancer unit at MK Hospital. An excellent evening of folk and prog music, some difficult light for photography but the acoustics in the church were superb, much better than many gigs I've attended over the years. And everyone sang from the same hymn sheet!
