OK, I have no idea what this does. Clearly cast iron with a hollow base, but no obvious way to connect it to anything. Does not have any pipes at base, although the top part looks as though there might be water involved perhaps?
We think it may be for eyewashing but it has no visible plumbing
OK, we now know (cos of a revisit to factory with owner) that this is a hand dryer, not an eye washer. I presume air puffs up/down and your hands are in between. As there are no hose/pipe connections on the outside, I guess they are on the inside of the base, although I couldnt see anything.
