door to pattern workshop

This purpose made door was very very robust, of overlapping metal plates on both sides. As it is an internal door between the main factory and the pattern workshop I couldnt understand why. But if you look at the picture called 'exterior of pattern shop' you will see that the latter is an afterthought lean-to on what was the original external wall, so I guess this lovely door had to be a good door then.
