IMG 5177 "Snake Lady at Chateau Larcher"

Another of the many attractions here today, This lovely medieval lady was sporting a snake . She explained it was a 6 year old Royal Python, and they grow to about 1.5 metres long, this one was about a metre.

She asked me to stroke it.......it felt like warm and muscular. First time I've ever tried that. !!
