the original had a strapless on and it was taken out in the process for effect .. no i have never had surgery on my face, lips nor breasts either ... to answer a few questions i get all the time.

 

 

The light is also clearly altered, with the rays and the shadows turned up to compliment the lighting effects. My skin is airbrushed with shadows for depth since im very fair , giving me a surreal CG effect:D . Love this shot and the mood the lighting and shadow effects lend to it.
