"Looking close... on Friday!": Crazy Cupcakes

 

I baked these homemade vanilla cupcakes with buttercream icing. The cupcakes have no eggs or milk in them and honestly, they taste amaaaazing. I find boxed cake mixes to be too light and crumbly and homemade tastes so much better.
