Vintage Lenses
One of my first test shots with the new (old) Takumar Super Multi Coated 200mm f4 I bought recently off eBay for $35. This was a handheld shot at 1/25 second, and she's in the greenish light of the fluorescent lights under our kitchen counters. I was probably ten feet away. The minimum focusing distance on this lens is like 6 feet or more, and focus is a challenge, but already, it seems like it has a clarity and light I don't see in my modern lenses. It helps to have such a beautiful model too, of course.
