Ben Parsons, Seth Hufford and Rebekah Drysdale have investigated calcium bioavailability in poultry for the Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station. Parsons is an assistant professor of poultry nutrition with the experiment station, the University of Arkansas System’s Center of Excellence for Poultry Science and the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences.
