When you feel that you need to balance shed rest, go sleep rather than waking up late. Napping is helpful so you will not interrupt your sleep-wake tempo. However be

careful that you do not over snooze. You need to make sure that your snooze should be only for 30 moments max. Just about anything much longer than this will influence your night time sleep.
