13 living area

Living area has 12 foot ceilings and is a nice open floorplan. This is a small house but does very well with the space. Carpet in living room and possibly master bedroom needs replacing. Stains are big - worse than it looks in this picture. carpet will need professional cleaning in other areas of house.
