Lobed Mason Wasp, a species of Potter and Mason Wasps. More detail on thorax markings. This one has yellow markings rather than white, 6 abdominal bands (vs 4). Around 1/2 inch long. Looks like same species as 5904 taken at the same location 3 days earlier. Same individual as 5905. Home, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. 4 August 2022. The strongly impressed notauli (paired lines or grooves on the mesoscutum that subdivide the sclerite into a median midlobe and lateral lobes) and the dark metanotum separate this species from other members of the genus.
