Replacement dress fastener

Bit of misnomer, perhaps - this is used to hold the halter top & straps from the base of the back together. The dry cleaners broke the original, so I was asked to make a new one. Despite the appearance, it is made from a flat sheet of sterling, pierced and filed to look as though it is 3d.
