I used to repair these things :-) Leyland Fleetline

The photograph was taken in the early 1990's at the Wythall Transport Museum. The vehicle is a Leyland Fleetline double decker bus registration number JOV 613P. This was fleet number 4613 of the WMPTE / West Midlands Travel company. I used to repair these as an Apprentice.. Nearly every day we would be greasing steering for driver heavy steering reports !!
