- 25 Apr 1958 - Certificate of Airworthiness granted while at Armstrong Whitworth Aircraft.

- 30 Apr 1958 - Assigned to Royal Air Force.

- 7 Oct 1960 - Transferred back to Armstrong Whitworth Aircraft & retro-fitted to B1A conversion standard.

- 8 May 1961 - Returned to active service with RAF 101 Squadron.

- 10 Jan 1968 - Allocated to Fire Section at RAF Waddington.

- 1976 - Perished (ie destroyed) during fire drill training.
