100 Strangers #6/100 - Sameena

This is my sixth portrait for 100 Strangers. I met Sam in Verulamium Park, St Albans. A freelance photographer and local girl, she'd popped out to see what was happening on the bird front down on the River Ver. We got talking about photography and travel as hubby is a travel writer. She was so friendly and easy to talk to that I had no trouble in asking her to be 'victim' #6! I explained to Sam the concept of 100 Strangers and she agreed to pose. Again, as I was out photographing birds, had my 100-400mm on so decided to go with that @ 100mm and only the available light. Sam is a natural, with a great smile and lovely dark eyes. So here is the the portrait of Sam with the lake behind her; Sam is no longer a stranger :-)

 

I intend to make this a 100 strangers in B&W with maybe the odd splash of colour!
