Propolis - Bee Glue
Abby had been taking propolis drops for years but had never seen it in it's solid state form. Sara had recently read that some beekeepers will go out to their hives regularly for a quick dose of the potently fabulous stuff....so we decided to try it raw. Please people, do not ever try to chew this stuff....I say swallow it whole!!!! We had it in our teeth for hours and probably have semi-permanent yellow stains on all our molars. But boy, are we healthy!
