I-90 Angola, New York Info Center in center median. Over hwy hallways connect from each side.
NY Rest Stop in center island between eastbound & westbound lanes of I-90 with walking bridge over the highway. I had always enjoyed stopping at the State Welcome Centers when traveling along the interstate highway system. On this trip I crossed into many more states. I was pleasantly surprised by the different styles of the different state welcome centers. This one is built on a large center median. You see the entry house at the parking lot, then walk across the long walking bridge from either side over the highway. The two walking bridges meet in the center median which is the Welcome Center.
Btw, on my "return to Flickr" I uploaded the previous photos of the beginning of my trip. They are all iPhone photos synced with my computer but I found that I didn't know how to get these photos out of the Apple system, into Lightroom, and then how to upload them, etc. I've been absent from photography for several years. One problem or issue leads to another so I've been busy trying to learn many things, including the fabulous new updates to Lightroom. Still haven't got it all down, but finally to the point of being able to get my iPhone photos out. :-)
