Time for photography
I did take the Wista out on the hikes and even photographed with it from time to time, when we could get a break in. It's certainly not a camera that one can shoot from the hip and so I tried not to break the flow of the hikes. When I was out by myself, however, I took my time and got the camera out whenever I came across a scene that caught my eye. A scene such as this one from above the Fieschertal.

Committed to Kodak Tmax 400 using a 4x5" Wista field camera and 150 mm lens. Developed using Ars-Imago FD 1:39, dev. time as per the massive dev chart, and scanned with an Epson V850 using Silverfast. Positive conversion and contrast done with Negative Lab Pro. Dust cleaning and final contrast in Photoshop.
