Four-masted barque Howth (ab. 1910)

Howth was built at Workman, Clark and Co., Belfast, in 1892 for Sir R. Martin and Co.,Dublin.
The 86,66 x 12,71 m ship was in 1904 sold to J. Edgar ad Co., Liverpool, and in 1913 she was sold to G. Windram and Co., Liverpool.
In 1917 Howth was sold to Anglo-Saxon Petroleum Co., London, which converted her to twin-screw motor tanker Horn Shell.
In 1925 Horn Shell was sold to Japan as a storage hulk. She was scrapped in Japan the following year.
