Biddulph Grange Garden: China, autumn branches

Autumn colour glows near the entrance to a passageway in Biddulph Grange Garden (Staffordshire, west-central England), on an overcast morning in mid-October. This Victorian-period garden, now in the care of the National Trust, includes sections representing different parts of the world and periods in time, often separated by tunnels, grottoes, and other character-filled architectural features.
