New Up-Armored HMMWV on a Flatbed Rail Car (2010)

I believe this is a M1152 Hum-V, but of course, I could be wrong,..there are so many variants. This version could be used as a troop carrier, (with wooden slat sideboards), or carry a communications shelter, etc.
