Wind Power Tower Wench.

I put a side handle on the wench so I could twist it enough to get the cable to wind onto the spool right. Bringing the tower up it clicks and holds so as not to let the tower back down. Letting it down, you have to keep hold of the handle or it will run away from you. If you need to stop it at any time, you can flip the lever and it will hold like you are bringing it up. Then you can check on where it is at anywhere along the descent. I put a small clevis on the bottom so it can’t slip off and a positive hook on the top too.
