It was an overcast day but he reckoned he looked cool in a straw hat and over-sized shades.
He was petitioning support from the public to urge the Norwegian Nobel Committee to award Bradley Manning, Nobel Peace Prize nominee and alleged WikiLeaks whistleblower, the 2012 Nobel Peace Prize and call attention to both his contributions and unjust treatment.
