Chinese Shophouse - verandah-style of construction common before WWII whereby the ground floor was used for retail while the upper floors were used as dwellings.
Lui Seng Chun was designed and built by architect W.H. Bourne in 1931 for the Lui family.
In 2008, Hong Kong Baptist University transformed the building into the Hong Kong Baptist University School of Chinese Medicine.
