Rosy Mound Natural Area steps

The hiking trail at Rosy Mound includes 1,000 feet of stairs up and down the dunes. This view is the climb up the inland wooded dune that leads to observation decks overlooking the open dunes and more steps to a boardwalk trail that leads to the Lake Michigan beach.
