Sagittarius Teapot in A Sky Full of Stars

This image is an excerpt from a sky survey I did in 2014 in southern Rhode Island. In the image the teapot asterism in the constellation Sagittarius is visible alongside the Milky Way galactic nucleus. Along the galactic plane, Messer 8, and Messier 20 stand out brightly, with Messier 22 blazing like a bright star to the top left of the asterism.
