A Night with the Geminids
I captured this composite photo of four Geminid meteors on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Frosty Drew Observatory in Charlestown, Rhode Island during the Geminid Meteor Shower. We had clear skies until clouds rolled in at 9:00 p.m. A quick clearing happened between 10:30 and 11:00 p.m. after which heavy clouds and snow took over. I counted 50 Geminid meteors before packing up.
