Los Angeles -- Mayor Eric Garcetti, Councilman Bob Blumenfield, Department of Transportation General Manager Seleta Reynolds, and Xerox senior vice president David Cummins announced a new trip planning app Wednesday that compares private and public modes of transportation to find the fastest route. The Go LA app also allows commuters to incorporate taxis, ride sharing services, or walking into trip plans.
