Out in the Cold. Wild Bee, Andrena flavipes, on Lesser Celandine, Stepkensbeek, Venlo, The Netherlands

It was a mere 8 C with a fierce north wind but the Sun was bright and Lesser Celandine had half-heartedly opened up. First time this year I saw a Wild Bee out in the open. I'm not sure but perhaps an Andrena... Indeed, Andrena flavipes, with thanks to Bernhard Jacobi. A male.
