Autumn Jelly. Tremella mesenterica, Yellow Trembler, Gaasperplaspark, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
It's edible but tasteless and apparently sometimes used to give texture to soups. No, I didn't try it and would rather just leave it in the woods. It lights up the dark, autumnal forest floor prettily if it catches a ray of sunlight as in this photo.
