The efficient Red-eye from Osaka to Kuala Lumpur took me here in just over six hours. A bit of soothing and quietude was in order so I hurried to the city's lovely Taman Tasik Perdana - the Lake Gardens. Of course I had my camera in hand...
I was in fact looking to renew acquaintance with a Frog-Friend, some sort of cousin of mine whom I'd met earlier this year (see my www.flickr.com/photos/87453322@N00/11748645636). And indeed we had a little croak together and a slip-in among the lilypads. That's where I saw a whole flock of wonderful Flour-White Dashers, Brachydiplax farinosa. Now and then this one would come back to its favorite perch, here on a White Water Lily Petal.
