9423 Magnolia Avenue - This one-story Colonial Revival concrete-block structure, originally Arlington Fire Station No. 2, was built by T.C. Prichard in 1938. The roof is covered with ceramic tiles. An eight-sided cupola sits upon the ridge of the prominent front gable, which dominates the southeast-facing main façade. A pair of large open bays, which once housed fire engine entrances, are now filled with two plate glass windows.
