Nemo

My former boat, the fine little ship Nemo, a Drascombe Coaster. Here pictured at low water at Schiermonnikoog. Never has a more versatile boat been designed. We sailed her in the Netherlands, espacialy in the Wadden Sea, Denmark, and France. I even made a solotrip of 150 km with her on the river Loire. It is an ideal trailer sailer, because it lies very low on the trailer and so almost no wind resistance on the road

Designed by John Watkinson, who started with an open plywood version that was a hit on the London Boatshow. This was the famous Drascombe Lugger. My Drascombe Coaster is the development and two feet longer than the Lugger. Thousands Drascombes are sailing all over the world.
